David was knowledgeable and professional in all respects of the inspection process. He kept me abreast of all items he had found wrong with the property I would be buying. He made inspections on areas that were what i concedered dangerous, like the two story roof. He found gutters full of leaves and debris and rodent and bird droppings under and around my solar panels. After completion of the inspection process He called me and went over all detrimental items that would now and eventually be harmful and expensive for me to repair long after my purchasing the property. Also his cost for his services was the most reasonable of all companies i contacted.
